目的为成功建立放射抗拒性鼻咽癌细胞系亚株,并探讨鼻咽癌放射抗拒机理。方法采用类似临床放疗的照射模式反复照射从人鼻咽癌细胞系CNE-3中分离出具有放射抗拒性的新细胞系亚株。结果采用类似临床放疗的照射模式反复照射分离出具有放射抗拒性的新细胞系亚株CNE-3R,,其在传代3个月后仍表现出较稳定的放射抗拒性,其SF2值均>0.5。结论采用该研究方法能成功建立放射抗拒性鼻咽癌细胞系亚株,为研究鼻咽癌放射抗拒机理提供了必要的工具。
The purpose of this study was to establish a sub-strain of radioresistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line and explore the mechanism of radioresistance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Radiation-resistant cell lines were isolated from human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-3 by repeated irradiation similar to clinical radiotherapy. Results Radiation-resistant new cell line, sub-strain CNE-3R, was repeatedly irradiated with similar radiation patterns of clinical radiotherapy. It still showed more stable radioresistance after 3 months of passage, and its SF2 value was> 0.5 . Conclusion The sub-strain of radioresistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line can be successfully established by this method, which provides the necessary tools for studying the mechanism of radioresistance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
