目的观察泽漆对钉螺软体组织糖原的影响,以探讨其灭螺机制。方法采用系统分离法分离泽漆极性部位,按照WHO推荐的“杀螺剂实验室终筛方法”中浸泡方法进行浸杀灭螺试验;蒽酮比色法测定经泽漆乙醇提取物处理后钉螺软体组织的糖原含量变化。结果钉螺经泽漆乙醇提取物400、800 mg/L作用48 h,钉螺死亡率分别为50.43%、77.50%;作用96 h,钉螺死亡率均达100%。钉螺体内糖原含量随药物浓度的增大而逐步降低,800 mg/L时糖原下降最明显,较对照组含量下降69.49%。结论泽漆乙醇提取物能够显著降低钉螺体内的糖原含量,具有较好的灭螺效果。
Objective To observe the effect of Zeqi on the glycogen of Oncomelania hupensis and to explore the mechanism of its elimination. Methods The system was used to separate the polar part of Ze paints. The immersion test was conducted according to the recommended method of “the laboratory test of the nematode spirits”. The anthrone colorimetric method was used to determine the Zeolive ethanol extract Changes of Glycogen Contents in Oncomelania hupensis after Treatment. Results Oncomelania serrata ethanol extract 400,800 mg / L for 48 h, the mortality of snails was 50.43% and 77.50%, respectively. The mortality of snails was 100% after 96 h. The contents of glycogen in the snails gradually decreased with the increase of the drug concentration. The glycogen at 800 mg / L decreased most significantly, which was 69.49% lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Ze solvent ethanol extract can significantly reduce the content of glycogen in snail body, with better snail effect.
