本文阐述了WTO与国民待遇的关系 ,并着重论述应尽快依法保护民营企业发展 ,增强我国经济竞争力 ,以迎接入世后的外贸挑战。 This article expounds the relationship between WTO and national treatment, and emphatically discusses the protection of the development of private-owned enterprises as soon as possible and the enhancement of China’s economic competitiveness in order to meet the challenge of foreign trade after China’s entry into WTO.
