教师素质是指教师作为一种专职人员必须具备的素质。教师素质不是一成不变的,它随时代的发展而发展。本文结合新课程的要求,提出了达成政治教师素质新要求的对策途径。
Teachers’ qualities refer to the qualities teachers must possess as a full-time staff. The quality of teachers is not static, it develops with the development of the times. Combining with the requirements of the new curriculum, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to reach the new requirements of the quality of political teachers.
