为了研究大倾角仰采、俯采采场顶板破断机理,建立了大倾角仰、俯采顶板薄板力学模型,利用薄板理论并结合力学分析、数值计算对大倾角俯采及仰采工作面破断时的基本顶岩层应力分布特征与破断机理进行了分析计算,得出了薄板极限破断准则和破断步距理论计算式.结果表明:大倾角仰(俯)采采场顶板破断形式不同于近水平煤层顶板的“O-X”型破断;倾角影响并决定着采场顶板倾向方向的破断特征;走向仰(俯)角对顶板岩层初次破断特征和周期破断特征呈现出不同的影响.
In order to study the mechanism of roof breakage in steep-angle mining and top-down mining, a mechanics model of roof slab with large dip angle is set up. By using thin-plate theory and mechanics analysis, The stress distribution characteristics and the breaking mechanism of the basic roof strata are analyzed and calculated, and the ultimate breaking criterion of sheet metal and theoretical formula of breaking step are obtained.The results show that the roof plate breaking pattern of the large dip Yang mining area is different from that of the near horizontal coal seam The “OX” shape of the top plate breaks; the influence of the dip angle decides the breaking characteristic of the dip direction of the stope roof; and the dip angle has different effects on the initial rupture characteristics and periodic rupture characteristics of roof strata.
