探讨了烟熏鱼翘嘴鲌、小黄鱼、麦穗鱼等样品中苯并(a)芘残留物的超高效液相色谱荧光检测方法。试样以乙腈提取,Labtech全自动凝胶净化系统净化,用BCH C18柱分离,75%甲醇水溶液作流动相,荧光检测器激发波长为362 nm,发射波长为407 nm,外标法定量。结果表明,苯并(a)芘标准曲线在0.000 5~0.020 0 ug/m L线性关系良好,r2=0.999 3,回收率为72.2%~90.4%,相应的相对标准偏差为0.96%~8.26%,此方法检出限为0.5μg/kg。该方法简单快速、基体干扰小,灵敏度、精密度均能满足烟熏鱼及鲜活水产品中苯并(a)芘残留物的检测。
The method for the determination of benzo (a) pyrene residues in Smilax glabra, small yellow croaker and eagle’s fishes by ultra performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was studied. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, purified by Labtech automatic gel purification system, separated on a BCH C18 column with 75% aqueous methanol as the mobile phase. The excitation wavelength of the fluorescence detector was 362 nm and the emission wavelength was 407 nm. The results showed that the calibration curve of benzo (a) pyrene showed a good linearity of 0.0005 ~ 0.020 0 ug / m L with r2 = 0.999 3 and the recovery of 72.2% -90.4%. The corresponding relative standard deviations were 0.96% -8.26% , The detection limit of this method is 0.5μg / kg. The method is simple and fast, the matrix interference is small, sensitivity and precision can meet the detection of benzo (a) pyrene residue in smoked fish and fresh aquatic products.
