山东半岛蓝色经济区是我国“十二五”期间第一个获批的国家发展战略,将成为我国高端人才聚集地和高素质人力资源富集区,也将吸纳大量适应外向型经济发展的科技型外语人才。本文运用灰色系统理论,以2004—2008年山东半岛蓝色经济区科技型外语人才数量为样本,从数量和质量两个方面对规划区内科技型外语人才的需求进行预测分析,并从政府、高校和企业三个角度提出了培养科技型外语人才的对策建议。
Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone is the first national development strategy approved in China during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period and will become a high-end talent pool and a high-quality human resources-intensive zone in our country. It will also absorb a large amount of resources to adapt to the export-oriented economy The development of science and technology foreign language talent. This paper uses the gray system theory to take the number of science and technology foreign language talents in the blue economic zone in Shandong Peninsula from 2004 to 2008 as a sample to forecast the demand of foreign talents in science and technology from the aspects of quantity and quality. Colleges and enterprises from three perspectives put forward countermeasures and suggestions for training high-tech foreign language talents.
