水中阴离子分析通常用化学分析法和离子选择电极法测定,耗时间长。1975年国外就有关于离子色谱测定水中阴离子的报道。文章强调离子色谱在快速、灵敏地测定阴离子的有效性。我们用Dionex 4020Ⅰ型离子色谱仪做了这方面工作;并与常规方法进行了对照表明是一种非常理想的测试手段。 1 试验部分1.1 仪器分析条件 Dionex 4020 Ⅰ型HPIC、4010往复式柱塞泵(美,Dionex公司) 柱:HPIC AS4A(美,Dionex公司) 洗提液:1.8mmol·L~(-1)Na_2CO_3+1.7mmol·L~(-1)NaHCO_3 流量:15ml·min~(-1) 再生装置:AMMS(美,Dionex公司) 再生液:0.1mol·L~(-1)H_2SO_4
Anion in water analysis is usually determined by chemical analysis and ion-selective electrode method, taking a long time. Abroad in 1975 there are reports on the determination of anion in water by ion chromatography. The article emphasizes that ion chromatography can be used to determine the effectiveness of anions quickly and sensitively.
