本文通过文献资料法、经验总结法、行动研究法,对构建高中体育课堂和谐氛围途径进行了梳理。研究结果表明,和谐的课堂氛围是一种具有感染性、催人向上的教育情境,能使学生受到感化和熏陶,产生情感上的共鸣,并直接影响课堂教学效果。以教师魅力的影响、以教师角色转换感染、以师生情感交流激励、以差异教学设计唤起、以改变教学策略引导、以教学反思调控等方法,可使师生交往、共同发展,形成互动过程,从而收到良好的教学效果。
