反思性教学是20世纪80年代以来出现的,以强调培养教师反思能力的教育教学方法。首先在美国、英国、澳大利亚等国兴起,之后迅速波及并影响到世界各国的教育领域。反思性教学的实践运用能够提高教师的教学效果,有利于专业教师的成长。本文从反思性教学实践运用的视角,探讨文秘专业教师如何有效运用这一教学方法,促进自身成长。
Reflective teaching emerged from the 1980s to emphasize the education and teaching methods of cultivating teachers’ ability to reflect. First in the United States, Britain, Australia and other countries rise, then quickly spread to and affect the education of all countries in the world. The practical application of reflective teaching can improve the teaching effect of teachers and is conducive to the growth of professional teachers. In this paper, from the perspective of the practical application of reflective teaching, this paper explores how secretarial professional teachers can effectively use this teaching method to promote their own growth.
