探讨了机械旋转系统动态监测的关键技术，开发设计了一种新型的动态信息监测技术（红外线集流环），试验证明该集流环性能稳定，成本低，具有推广应用价值。
The key technology of dynamic monitoring of mechanical rotating system was discussed. A new dynamic information monitoring technology (infrared collecting ring) was developed. The experiment proves that the collecting ring has stable performance and low cost, and has the value of popularization and application.
