针对履带车辆变速器箱体裂纹故障,采用有限元分析方法对箱体的强度进行了研究。在贴近实际工况的前提下,运用CAD软件SolidWorks建立箱体简化模型,在ANSYS有限元分析软件中确立构成箱体模型的单元类型,合理地进行有限元网格划分、施加载荷以及边界条件,对箱体强度进行分析。通过分析得出箱体的位移分布云图和应力分布云图,结果表明箱体出现裂纹故障的直接原因,是箱体局部应力集中,材料强度不够。
Aimed at the cracks of gear box of tracked vehicle, the strength of box body was studied by finite element analysis. Under the premise of being close to the actual working conditions, the CAD software SolidWorks is used to establish a simplified box model, and the element types of the box model are established in the ANSYS finite element analysis software. The finite element meshing, loading and boundary conditions are reasonably carried out. Analysis of the strength of the box. Through the analysis, the displacement distribution and the distribution of stress distribution are obtained. The result shows that the direct cause of the crack is the local stress concentration in the tank and the insufficient material strength.
