品质不是提供愈多愈好,如果不能以顾客的角度来思考,顾客感受不到,或是根本不需要,魅力品质也会变得一点魅力也没有。自80年代开始,就已进入到品质竞争的时代,因而不论是制造业或服务业,无不积极提升品质,追求顾客满意。一般而言,品质越好,品质属性(要素)具备的程度越高,则顾客应会更满意才是,怎会说“过多的品质也是一种浪费”?当然,品质越好,顾客理应更高兴,但问题是在怎样的情况下来提供更多的品质。
Quality does not provide more and better. If you can’t think from the customer’s point of view, customers do not feel it, or do not need it at all, and the quality of the charm will become a bit less attractive. Since the 1980s, it has entered the era of quality competition. Therefore, whether it is the manufacturing industry or the service industry, all of them actively improve quality and pursue customer satisfaction.
