吡噻硫酮是法国Rhone-Poulenc厂七十年代中期合成的一种抗血吸虫新药,国外商品名Oltipraz。经动物实验及临床应用,证明对曼氏血吸虫、埃及血吸虫、间插血吸虫均有显著的杀灭作用,对日本血吸虫也有杀灭作用。国内徐懋丽等已完成其实验室合成,但还未见国内临床应用的报告。理化性状吡噻硫酮化学名4-甲基-5(2′-吡嗪基)-1,2二噻茂-3-硫酮,分子式C_3H_6N_2S_3,结构式:分子量226.33。原药呈红色针状结晶,脂溶,熔点为163—164℃。国外应用于人体的剂型为肠溶片剂。药物动力学研究 Heusse等人(1985)报告,以~(14)C标记的吡
