目的研究不同病理分期、病理分型胃癌组织的介电性差异。方法 20例患者的腹腔镜胃癌术后标本,每例标本选取6个胃癌组织和6个正常胃组织位点,利用开端同轴线测定其介电性,检测后取下检测位点全层组织进行HE染色,分析对比不同病理分期、Lauren分型胃癌的介电性差异。结果不同分期胃癌组织与正常胃组织介电性均有显著差异(P<0.05),并且随着分期进展,介电性参数逐渐升高(P<0.05)。肠型胃癌介电性要明显高于弥漫型胃癌(P<0.05)。结论开端同轴线能够较好地检测出早期胃癌与正常胃组织介电性的差异以及不同病理分型胃癌组织介电性的差异,有望为胃镜提供具有诊断意义的病理信息。
Objective To study the difference of dielectric properties in gastric cancer with different pathological stages and pathological types. Methods Twenty patients with postoperative laparoscopic gastric cancer specimens were selected. Six gastric cancer tissues and six normal gastric tissues were selected for each sample. The dielectric properties of the specimens were determined by coaxiality at the beginning and the full-thickness tissues HE staining, analysis and comparison of different pathological stages, Lauren type gastric cancer dielectric differences. Results There were significant differences in the dielectric properties between gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric tissues at different stages (P <0.05), and with the progress of stages, the dielectric parameters gradually increased (P <0.05). Gastrointestinal type of gastric cancer was significantly higher than diffuse gastric cancer (P <0.05). Conclusions The beginning of coaxial line can detect the difference of dielectric properties between early gastric cancer and normal gastric tissue and the difference of dielectric properties of different pathological types of gastric cancer tissue, which is expected to provide diagnostic information of pathological information for endoscopy.
