目的:探讨人工流产手术后立即口服避孕药妈富隆临床效果。方法:人工流产手术者400例,随机分为观察组200例:术后当天即服避孕药妈富隆1片/d,21d为1疗程;对照组200例,不服任何西药。二组均于术后服中药益母草促进子宫收缩。观察术后出血量、出血时间、月经转归时间,术后2周子宫内膜厚度、尿hCG转阴情况、盆腔感染情况。结果:二组术后出血量、出血时间,子宫内膜修复情况均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。观察组术后月经转归时间(23.3±3.1d)短于对照组(30.0±4.6d),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后2周尿hCG转阴率(72.3%)高于对照组(52%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后无盆腔感染者,对照组有2例子宫内膜炎。结论:人工流产手术后立即口服避孕药妈富隆安全,对术后出血量无影响,月经转归时间准确,并可促进子宫内膜修复,减少盆腔感染,符合生殖健康理念,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Marvelon oral contraceptives immediately after induced abortion. Method: abortion were 400 cases, 200 cases were observed randomly divided into groups: the same day pill Marvelon after a / d, 21d a course of treatment; control group 200 cases, against any medicine. Both groups were given herbal Motherwort after surgery to promote uterine contractions. Postoperative bleeding volume, bleeding time, menstruation outcome time, postoperative 2 weeks endometrial thickness, urinary hCG negative status and pelvic infection were observed. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative bleeding volume, bleeding time and endometrial repair (P> 0.05). The observation group had shorter menstruation time (23.3 ± 3.1 days) than the control group (30.0 ± 4.6 days), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The urine hCG negative rate (72.3%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (52%) two weeks after operation, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The observation group had no pelvic infection, the control group had 2 cases of endometritis. Conclusion: immediately after abortion pill Marvelon security, had no effect on postoperative bleeding, menstrual time accurate prognosis, and can promote endometrial repair, reduce pelvic infection, in line with the concept of reproductive health, is worth promoting.
