目的:探讨睿祺片对胎鼠大脑皮层神经元内线粒体活性的影响。方法:取妊娠16~17 d W istar大鼠的胚胎大脑皮层,培养4~5 d随机分为睿祺片组、空白对照组,应用激光共聚焦扫描显微镜测定胎鼠大脑皮层神经元原代培养在加入睿祺片水溶液后细胞内线粒体活性的变化。结果:该药可引起大脑皮层细胞内线粒体活性增强。空白组大脑皮层细胞内线粒体活性无明显影响。结论:睿祺片可增强神经细胞线粒体活性,这在防治某些神经退行性疾病(如早老性痴呆、血管性痴呆、及帕金森氏病等)中具有一定的应用前景。
AIM: To investigate the effect of Ruiqi tablets on mitochondrial activity in fetal rat cerebral cortical neurons. METHODS: Embryonic cerebral cortex of Wistar rats were obtained from 16 to 17 days of gestation, and randomly divided into Ruiqi Tablet group and blank control group from 4 to 5 days after gestation. The primary culture of fetal rat cerebral cortical neurons was determined by laser scanning confocal microscope Changes of intracellular mitochondrial activity after adding Ruiqi tablets in water. Results: The drug can cause increased mitochondrial activity in cerebral cortex cells. The blank group had no significant effect on mitochondrial activity in cerebral cortex cells. Conclusion: Ruiqi tablets can enhance the mitochondrial activity of nerve cells, which has certain application prospects in the prevention and treatment of certain neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, and Parkinson’s disease.
