为了探索水电项目中组织要素对知识共享和组织绩效的影响,研究了水电项目部门中组织要素、知识共享和组织绩效的关系。首先通过对水电项目员工的半结构化访谈和文献综述,识别了水电项目中影响知识共享的组织要素,然后构建了组织要素对知识共享影响的理论模型和研究假设,并通过中国西南4个大型水电项目中收集的数据,验证了该模型,得出了5个组织因素(IT系统、流程制度、组织氛围、内在激励、领导支持)与知识共享之间、知识共享与组织能力之间、组织能力与工作绩效之间存在正向关系,集权化与知识共享之间存在负向关系的结论。最后提出了提高水电企业中知识共享实践水平的管理建议。
In order to explore the impact of organizational elements on knowledge sharing and organizational performance in hydropower projects, the relationship between organizational elements, knowledge sharing and organizational performance in hydropower project departments was studied. Firstly, through the semi-structured interviews and literature review of the hydropower project staff, the organizational elements that affect knowledge sharing in hydropower projects are identified.
