对壶瓶枣施用稀土元素的生理效应进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,施用稀土元素能显著提高叶片叶绿素含量。主要是对叶绿素 a的含量 ,对叶绿素 b的含量无明显影响。同时 ,对叶片解剖结构也有较大影响 ,叶片增厚 ,栅海比增大。枣果品质显著提高 ,含糖量增加 ,其中蔗糖含量增加显著 ,对果糖、葡萄糖无显著影响。各处理均提高了花青苷含量 ,果实着色快 ,成熟早。逆境处理后 ,脯氨酸增加显著 ,表明增加了一定的抗逆性。施用稀土元素后 ,能提高壶瓶枣叶片氨基酸含量
Physiological effects of Rare-earth elements applied on Huping jujube were studied. The results showed that the application of Rare-earth elements can significantly increase the content of chlorophyll in leaves.
