案例回放:潘某于2008年5月在某商标服务公司任文员。商标公司制定的《内部管理制度》规定:员工每周六应将本周工作情况向主管领导和总经理提交书面报告,采用e-mail进行报告,不执行的,每欠报1次,罚款20元。连续1个月不执行,以严重违反公司规章制度处理。后潘某因合同期满于2009年6月正式离职。商标公司以潘某欠报10次、违法离职等理由,扣下潘某工资200元作为罚款。潘某向当地仲裁委申请仲裁,该仲裁委裁决商标公司向潘某返还克扣的200元。商标公司不服裁决诉至法院,要求潘某支付因违反规定的罚款200元及违法解除劳动合同的赔偿款1042.5元。
