目的:探讨彩超对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值。方法:总结48例经病理证实的子宫内膜癌彩超所测得的子宫动脉和病灶血流的平均速度、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、血流分级以及子宫内膜癌在各不同临床分期中的声像图特征。结果:本组病例子宫动脉血流平均速度为30.52±3.76cm/s,PI为1.52±0.36,RI为0.68±0.02。癌灶内显示的点状、条状血流平均流速为21.80±0.78cm/s,PI为0.69±0.23,RI为 0.44±0.04,血流丰富程度分0级,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级,分别占8.3%(4/48)、10.4%(5/48)、50.0%(24/48)、31.3%(15/48)。结论:彩超对子宫内膜癌的早期诊断、鉴别诊断及临床分期可提供有价值的参考资料。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in endometrial cancer. Methods: The average velocity, pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI), blood flow classification and endometrial cancer of 48 cases of uterine artery and lesion were determined by histopathology. Echographic features in different clinical stages. Results: The average velocity of uterine artery blood flow in this group was 30.52 ± 3.76cm / s, PI was 1.52 ± 0.36, RI was 0.68 ± 0.02. The mean spot-like and strip-like flow velocity in the foci was 21.80 ± 0.78 cm / s, PI was 0.69 ± 0.23, RI was 0.44 ± 0.04, and the degree of blood flow was 0, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ Accounting for 8.3% (4/48), 10.4% (5/48), 50.0% (24/48) and 31.3% (15/48), respectively. Conclusion: Echocardiography can provide valuable reference for the early diagnosis, differential diagnosis and clinical staging of endometrial cancer.
