职业健康监护是职业病防治的重要工作之一,具有很强的政策性、法律性、专业性。因此,对工作质量的要求高于普通体检。目前,我国职业健康监护工作主要靠手工处理方式进行,存在着工作效率低、报告反馈周期长,易出现书写、录入错误和信息丢失、档案管理困难等问题,已不能满足工作需要。十堰市东风职业病防治中心的职业病防治专业人员与计算机技术人员密切配合,经过三年多的时间,将职业健康监护的法律、法规、专业技术要求与现代化计算机网络技术相结合,研发出了可应用于职业健康检查、职业健康监护档案管理等职业病防治工作的“职业健康监护信息化管理系统”。该系统的主要性能指标:(1)实现了职业健康检查中所有检查项目的数据采集和同步传输。制定健康检查方案、登记挂号、摄像、各专科医师接诊、各医技科室的检验或检查、发报体检报告等全过程工作均在系统的终端工作站进行,全部资料在服务器保存;(2)采用受检者身份证号建档,一人一档终身使用,逐次体检的资料可以续加和保存,满足了动态观察职业接触史与健康状况变化的要求;(3)具备了多种条件查询、索引、导出、统计报表等功能,提高了业务工作与科研工作的效率;(4)通过对不同职责的工作人员设定相应权限、个性化用户名及密码登录、各检查结果本地自动备份、服务器总体数据保存以及定期导出数据备份等技术措施确保专业工作的安全。该系统应用于实际工作后,中心的职业健康检查日通过量增加了2倍,且研究成果被鉴定为国内领先水平。本刊将从本期开始对“职业健康监护信息化管理系统”进行全面介绍,以期对基层职业健康监护实现全面信息化有所裨益。
