差压式流量计,是当前各厂矿使用较普遍的测量仪表,而目前采用的节流装置,大都采用角接取压。但是,角接取压中环室的维修与安装往往被人们忽略,仪表指示不准确时,或有误差时,往往先检查变送器,而忽略节流装置及其附加装置冷凝器的维修。本文重点介绍节流装置中环室的维修。无论是计量体积流量或质量流量,影响其指示准确性的因素主要有①流量系数的误差,其中包括直管段不足所造成的误差;②流束膨胀系数的误差;③管道内径的误差;④节流件开孔直径的误差;⑤被测流件密度的误差;⑥差压的误差等六个。从上述影响因素中可以看出,差压流量计,特别是节流装置,是一种加工、设计、安装要求都比较严格的仪表,稍有误差将会给仪表指示带来较大的误差。
Differential pressure flow meter, is the current factory use more common measurement instruments, and currently used throttling device, most of the use of angular access pressure. It can be seen from the above factors, differential pressure flowmeter, especially throttling device, is a processing, design, installation requirements are more stringent instruments, a slight error will give the instrument indicates a greater error.
