乡镇图书馆的建立作为农村的文化性基础设施建设,是不以盈利为目的公益性建筑。它能够帮助广大乡镇人民提高文化素养,丰富人们的日常生活。有利于推动乡镇的科教文化事业的发展,帮助和引导乡镇人民向着科学的方向前进。但是,在实际中,乡镇图书馆的发展建设却是阻碍重重,严重影响到了图书馆走可持续发展的道路。文章对目前我国乡镇图书馆在发展中存在的一些问题进行了深入的分析,并针对这些问题,提出了能够保障图书馆发展的建议,从而实现乡镇图书馆的可持续发展。
The establishment of township libraries as rural cultural infrastructure, is not profitable for the purpose of public welfare buildings. It can help the majority of township people to improve their cultural accomplishments and enrich their daily lives. It is conducive to promoting the development of science, education and culture in villages and towns, helping and guiding the people of towns and villages in the direction of science. However, in practice, the development and construction of township libraries is a serious obstacle, seriously affecting the sustainable development of libraries. In this paper, some problems existing in the development of township libraries in our country are analyzed in depth, and for these problems, suggestions are put forward to ensure the development of libraries, so as to realize the sustainable development of township libraries.
