实验证明,移植循环血中造血干细胞可以使受超致死量射线照射、投用过量化疗药物的动物重建造血功能,免于死亡。近年来,循环血干细胞移植又用于人的临床,旨在对抗某些恶性病人放疗或化疗引起的造血损伤。临床病人的造血干细胞自体移植,在很多情况下需要输入经过保存的干细胞。为此,我们观察了在4℃和-196℃保存的狗循环血干细胞的活存率及其自体移植疗效。材料和方法一、动物河北省地区的草狗,雄性,年龄1.5—4岁,体重17—25kg,血液、肝、肾功能检查正常。
