在多年对儿童少年中长跑训练的过程中,我们结合儿童少年的生理和心理特点,反复探索、实践,逐步摸索出一套儿童少年中长跑运动员“兴趣训练法”。这一训练法的主要特点是,注重各种练习内容的趣味性和训练手段的创新,使学生练起来兴趣盎然,始终在兴奋状态下不知不觉地高质量地完成训练任务。这一训练方法与传统的训练方法的主要区别在于:尽量减少单调枯燥的跑的练习,具有游戏性、趣味性、竞争性和新鲜感,能提高学生锻炼兴趣。一、耐力训练“兴趣法”不把一般耐力和专项耐力截然分开来练,而是通过一些游戏或比赛的手段,达到提高学生耐久力的目的。练习一:跑动中传接球练习。将学生分为人数相等的两队(每队3-6人),用一只球,最好在绿荫草地上进行,在篮球场或其它空地上亦可。要求是只准
During many years of middle-aged and long-distance running training for children and adolescents, we combined with the physical and psychological characteristics of children and adolescents to explore and practice repeatedly and gradually developed a set of “hobby training methods” for middle-distance and long-distance runners. The main feature of this training method is that focusing on the fun of various exercises and the innovation of training methods enables students to become interested in practicing them and accomplish the training task unknowingly and with high quality under their excitement. The main difference between this training method and the traditional training methods is: to minimize the monotonous running practice, with the game, fun, competitive and fresh, can enhance students’ interest in exercise.
