随着工业生产自动化、智能化的不断发展,基于PLC的数控机床在各生产领域中应用的越来越广泛。然而PLC在数控机床中的应用也给其故障维修诊断和维修带来了一些新问题,需要维修工作人员采取针对性的诊断和维修措施。基于此,本文结合笔者实践工作经验,主要对基于PLC的数控机床及其故障诊断方法展开探讨,希望能够为PLC数控机床检修提供一定的参考。
With the automation of industrial production, the continuous development of intelligent, PLC-based CNC machine tools in various fields of production is more and more widely used. However, the application of PLC in CNC machine tools also brings some new problems to its fault diagnosis and repair, and needs maintenance personnel to take targeted diagnosis and repair measures. Based on this, this article combines the author’s practical work experience, mainly on PLC-based CNC machine tools and fault diagnosis methods explored, hoping to PLC CNC machine tools to provide some reference for maintenance.
