黑岱沟露天矿选煤厂毛煤仓建成后移交前,由于地下水位上升,地基土湿度增加,导致力学性能降低,使仓体发生不均匀沉降。为确保安全使用,采用旋喷桩与劈裂注浆两种工艺施工综合治理,提高地基强度。在劈裂注浆施工中,设计改进了钻机结构,解决了劈裂注浆在煤仓箱形基础内造孔的难题;设计了双管多功能止浆塞,解决了在仓外土层止浆的难题。经认真推敲,反复比较,确定了科学的施工工艺及有关技术参数,取得了地基承载力标准值提高25%的较好效果。
Prior to the transfer of the coal bunker of Heidaigou open-pit coal preparation plant, the moisture content of foundation soil increased due to the rise of groundwater level, leading to the decrease of mechanical properties and the uneven settlement of the warehouse. In order to ensure the safe use, the two technologies of jet grouting pile and split grouting are adopted to improve the foundation strength. In the construction of split grouting, the structure of the drilling rig was improved and the problem of making holes in the box foundation of coal bunker by splitting grouting was solved. A double-pipe multi-function grouting plug was designed to solve the problems of Pulp problems. After careful scrutiny, repeated comparison, to determine the scientific construction technology and related technical parameters, made the foundation bearing capacity of 25% higher standard value better results.
