为提高全民纳税意识,大力倡导依法诚信纳税的良好风尚,辽宁省国家税务局和辽宁省地方税务局决定联合发布2002年度辽宁省纳税百强企业排行榜、2002年度辽宁省上市公司纳税十强排行榜、2002年度辽宁省私营企业纳税十强排行榜和外商及港澳台商投资企业纳税十强排行榜。入选2002年度辽宁省纳税百强和十强排行榜的企业,多数是行业的龙头企业,既是纳税大户,又能依法诚信纳税。他们为辽宁的经济发展和税收工作做出了突出贡献。在社会主义市场经济条件下,诚信是企业生存和发展的基础,依法诚信纳税是衡量企业诚信的重要尺度。我们希望,通过发布2002年度辽宁省纳税百强企业排行榜,促进所有企业合法诚信经营,所有纳税人依法诚信纳税,在不断壮大自身的同时,为国家、为辽宁省提供更加丰厚的税源,为我国、为我们辽宁省的经济发展、社会进步做出更大贡献。
In order to raise public awareness of tax payment and vigorously advocate the good practice of paying taxes in good faith according to law, Liaoning Provincial State Administration of Taxation and Liaoning Provincial Local Taxation Bureau jointly decided to jointly issue the 2002 Top 100 Taxpayers in Liaoning Province Ranking, Top 10 Taxpayers of Listed Companies in Liaoning Province in 2002 List, Liaoning Province in 2002 top ten taxpayers of private enterprises and foreign businessmen and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan top ten list of taxpayers. Most of the enterprises selected for top 100 taxpayers and top 10 taxpayers in Liaoning Province in 2002 are leading enterprises in the industry, which are both large taxpayers and tax-paying according to law and integrity. They made outstanding contributions to Liaoning’s economic development and taxation work. Under the condition of socialist market economy, honesty and trustworthiness are the basis for the survival and development of enterprises. Paying taxes in good faith according to law is an important measure of corporate honesty. We hope that all taxpayers will pay taxes in good faith according to law through the publication of the list of the top 100 taxpayers in Liaoning Province in 2002. While all taxpayers pay taxes in good faith, they will provide Liaoning Province with a more lucrative tax source for the country and Our country has made greater contributions to the economic development and social progress of our province in Liaoning Province.
