作为从事语文教学研究的老师,语文教师质量一直是我密切关注的研究课题。针对语文课堂教学,一些教师往往只局限于为课堂教学而教学的传统模式,学生学习的主动性和积极性未能充分释放,致使教学质量不高、课堂呆板等现象,创新能力很少迸发出来,如何改变这一现状,我觉得须从课前、课中、课后三个环节着手突破,创新学习方法,注重学习质量,由过去的管理型教师向引导型教师转变,进一步激发学生的内在潜力,实现全面提升学习效果的目标。
As a teacher engaging in Chinese teaching and research, the quality of Chinese teachers has always been a subject of my close attention. For Chinese classroom teaching, some teachers tend to confine themselves to the traditional mode of teaching for classroom teaching, the initiative and enthusiasm of students fail to fully release, resulting in the phenomenon of poor teaching quality and dull classroom, the ability to innovate rarely erupts, How to change this situation, I think it is necessary to break through three stages: before class, during class and after class, to innovate the learning methods, to pay attention to the quality of learning, to change from the past management-oriented teachers to the leading teachers so as to further stimulate students’ intrinsic potential , To achieve the goal of improving learning outcomes.
