包茎和包皮过长是泌尿外科常见疾病,处理不当容易引起前列腺炎、尿路感染、早泄、阳痿,目前最有效的治疗方法是进行包皮环切术。包皮手术后对患者正常生活带来不便,主要包括卧床时盖被褥和下床穿裤子,切口容易被被服或裤子摩擦引起疼痛或不适。为此,我科设计了一种切口保护裤,使包皮手术后患者在穿着裤子时不容易碰触切口,阴茎处在保护罩内,避免阴茎受到外界的压力和摩擦导致患者产生疼痛感。1切口保护裤的研制与使用
