研究了AlN 引入量和温度对SiO2-AlN 复合材料的热膨胀系数和热导率的影响,并对影响SiO2-AlN复合材料抗热震性的诸因素做了分析。结果表明,SiO2-AlN 复合材料的热膨胀系数随温度的提高而增加;在同一温度下,复合材料的热膨胀系数在400℃以上随AlN 引入量的增加而增加。SiO2-AlN 复合材料的热扩散率和热导率随热压温度的提高而增加。SiO2-AlN复合材料的临界淬冷温度在600℃左右。
The effects of AlN content and temperature on the thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity of SiO2-AlN composites were investigated. The factors affecting the thermal shock resistance of SiO2-AlN composites were also analyzed. The results show that the thermal expansion coefficient of SiO2-AlN composites increases with the increase of temperature. Under the same temperature, the thermal expansion coefficient of the composites increases with the amount of AlN added at 400 ℃. The thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of SiO2-AlN composites increase with the increase of hot pressing temperature. The critical quenching temperature of SiO2-AlN composites is about 600 ℃.
