“经验”在叙事研究中具有特定的意蕴,任何经验都是一个鲜活、流动的存在,它既承载着经历者的丰富内心体验,又是人们对客观世界的认识精髓。换言之,经验是所有人社会经历中最为灵动与惊异的一幕,是每个人专业智慧的源泉。从这个角度看,校长的专业成长就是专业管理经验的重组与升华。尽管已进入不惑之年,但是作为一所十二年一贯制学校的校长,我时刻注重基于经验重组来转变学校的日常管理,努力实现学校管理方式的质变与
“Experience ” has specific meaning in the study of narration. Any experience is a fresh and flowing existence. It not only carries the rich inner experience of experienced people but also the essence of people’s understanding of the objective world. In other words, experience is the most agile and astonishing scene in the social experience of all people and a source of professional wisdom for everyone. From this perspective, the principal’s professional growth is the reorganization and sublimation of professional management experience. Although I have entered the age of perplexity, as a principal of a 12-year-old school, I always pay attention to changing the daily management of the school based on experience and restructuring, and strive to make qualitative changes in the management style of the school
