党的十七届六中全会,是在我国全面建设小康社会关键时期和文化改革发展重要阶段召开的重要会议。这次会议审议通过的《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,在总结历史经验、科学分析形势的基础上,阐明了中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,确立了建设社会主义文化强国的宏伟目标,提出了新形势下推进文化改革发展的指导思想、重要方针、目标任务、政策措施,充分体现了我们党文化上的高度自觉和政治上的远见卓识,是当前和今后一个时期指导我国文化改革发展的纲领性文件。深刻领会文件精神,认真落实党中央重要部署,以高度的责任感和紧迫感,顺应时代发展要求,在科学发展道路上奋力开创社会主义文化建设新局面,具有重大而深远的意义。
The 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee is an important meeting held during the critical period of our country's building a moderately prosperous society and the important stage of cultural reform and development. The meeting examined and approved the “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening the Reform of the Cultural System and Promoting the Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture,” Summed up Historical Experiences and Scientific Analysis on the Situation, Illustrated the Development of Socialist Culture with Chinese Characteristics Road, established the grand goal of building a strong socialist culture, put forward the guiding ideology, important guidelines, objectives and tasks, policies and measures to promote cultural reform and development in the new situation and fully embodied our party's culturally highly conscious and political vision It is a programmatic document guiding the reform and development of our country's culture at present and in the coming period. It is of great and far-reaching significance to profoundly understand the spirit of the document, conscientiously implement the important arrangements laid down by the Central Party Committee, work with a high sense of responsibility and urgency, comply with the requirements of the development of the times and work hard to create a new situation in the building of socialist culture on the path of scientific development.
