本文叙述HM60发动机两台涡轮泵的基准结构。液氧涡轮泵由一个诱导轮,一级离心叶轮和单级冲动悬臂涡轮组成。液氧冷却的前轴承位于诱导轮和主叶轮之间,后轴承用液氢冷却,一道氦气吹除密封隔开两种推进剂;氧涡轮泵的轴是亚临界轴。液氢涡轮泵由一个诱导轮,两级离心叶轮和两级涡轮组成;前轴承位于诱导轮和第一级主叶轮之间,而后轴承则在涡轮外侧,两个轴承均用氢冷却。氢涡轮泵的轴是超临界轴。
This article describes the HM60 engine two turbo pump reference structure. The liquid oxygen turbo pump consists of an inducer, a centrifugal impeller and a single-stage impulse cantilever turbine. The liquid oxygen cooled front bearing is located between the inducer and the main impeller. The rear bearing is cooled with liquid hydrogen and a helium blow off seal separates the two propellants; the axis of the oxygen turbo pump is the subcritical axis. The liquid hydrogen turbo pump consists of an inducer, a two-stage centrifugal impeller and a two-stage turbine. The front bearing is located between the inducer and the primary impeller, while the rear bearing is on the outside of the turbine. Both bearings are cooled with hydrogen. The shaft of a hydrogen turbo pump is a supercritical shaft.
