改革开放以来农村环境问题日益突出,各地区不断加大农村污染防治和生态保护力度,但是总体上仍然比较严峻.正确认识农村环境污染的原因并提出相应的污染防治政策措施,改善农村环境,才能从根本上改善农村面貌,提高农业发展水平和农民生活质量,实现农业和社会的和谐与可持续发展.
