以ZG310-570为基体、高碳铬铁粉末为铸渗剂,采用铸渗工艺并结合Al热反应制备了钢基表面铸渗复合材料,研究了浇注温度、预制块放置位置、粘结剂等因素对铸渗层形成的影响。结果表明,钢水浇注温度为1 650℃时,预制块与钢水完全反应渗透,实现了预制块与基体间的冶金结合,增强相为M7C3、Cr7C、Al2O3等;预制块以半嵌入式置于型腔内壁时,易制备出金属基铸渗复合层;预制块中不加粘结剂所得铸渗复合层品质最好。
Taking ZG310-570 as matrix, high-carbon ferrochromium powder as infiltration agent, casting infiltration process and Al thermal reaction were used to prepare steel base surface infiltration composite material. The effects of pouring temperature, location of prefabricated block, binder and so on Influence of Factors on the Formation of Cast Infiltration Layer. The results show that the preform and molten steel completely react and infiltrate when the pouring temperature of molten steel is 1 650 ℃, and the metallurgical bond between the preform and the matrix is realized. The reinforced phase is M7C3, Cr7C and Al2O3. Cavity wall, easy to prepare a metal matrix infiltration composite layer; without prefabricated block obtained in the best permeability infiltration composite layer.
