The National Association of Chinese Medicine and Natural Medicines was held in Chongqing from December 14 to 18, 1985. 211 delegates attended the meeting. Prof. Xu Guokai presided over the meeting. Prof. Zhizong Lou made an opening speech and gave a work report. 380 papers were exchanged among conferences, including resources, cultivation, crude drugs, quality, herbal medicine, concocting, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicines, and anti-aging drugs.
