我院近一年来,应用吉林敦化华康药业有限公司生产的中药“血栓心脉宁”,结合西药治疗脑梗塞50例,与同期随机单纯应用西药治疗50例对照,疗效满意,现报道如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料:本文中血栓心脉宁治疗组50例。其中男性32例,女性18例,年龄36～89岁,平均60.7岁。西药对照组50例,年龄40～85岁,平均60.4岁。发病时间两组均为2个多小时至1个月,两组病例均按照1986年中华医学会第二次脑血管病学术会议修订的标准进行诊断,并皆由CT检查确诊。合并症:高血压,治疗组34例,对照组34例。高血脂症,治疗组28例,对照组26例。糖尿病,治疗组3例,对照组2例。

There were 32 males and 18 females, aged from 36 to 89 years, with an average of 60.7 years old. Western medicine control group of 50 patients, aged 40 to 85 years, an average of 60.4 years old. Incidence of two groups were more than 2 hours to 1 month, two cases were in accordance with the 1986 Chinese Medical Association Second Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease revised standards for diagnosis, and confirmed by CT examination. Complications: hypertension, 34 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group. Hyperlipidemia, treatment group 28 cases, control group 26 cases. Diabetes, the treatment group 3 cases, control group 2 cases.
