在PID工程整定法的基础上,提出一种基于模糊规则的模糊PID复合控制算法.算法首先根据扩充临界比例法等工程PID整定方法将PID公式简化,然后通过模糊控制规则和模糊推理确定一张模糊控制表,在时实控制中通过对模糊控制表的查询,在线调节PID控制参数.液压电梯的实验和仿真结果表明,本文提出的控制控制算法具有算法简单、控制品质优良等特点.
On the basis of PID engineering tuning method, a fuzzy PID control algorithm based on fuzzy rules is proposed. The algorithm first simplifies the PID formula according to the engineering PID tuning method such as the expansion critical ratio method, and then determines a fuzzy control table by fuzzy control rules and fuzzy reasoning. In the real-time control, queries the fuzzy control table and online adjusts the PID control parameters . The experimental and simulation results of hydraulic elevator show that the proposed control algorithm has the advantages of simple algorithm and excellent control quality.
