结肠瘘是胃肠道吻合术后常见的并发症之一,而结肠癌由于癌肿组织向周围浸润,扩散引起继发肠瘘、或其它器官癌肿侵犯结肠而导致结肠癌变进而发生肠瘘的则比较少见。本文报告的两例结肠肠瘘,1例升结肠癌与十二指肠降段形成肠瘘,1例直肠癌与阴道形成肠瘘,均经X线钡剂检查和瘘道造影明确诊断,又经剖肤探查和病理学检查所证实,现报告如下。 Colonic fistula is one of the common complications after gastrointestinal anastomosis. Colon cancer is infiltrated into the periphery due to cancerous tissue. Diffusion causes secondary intestinal loops or other organs that invade the colon and cause colon cancer to become intestinal fistula. It is rare. Two cases of colonic bowel fistulae were reported in this study. One patient developed ascending colon cancer and descending segment of the duodenum and one patient developed rectal cancer and vaginal fistula. Both were diagnosed by X-ray barium examination and bypass radiography. Confirmed by skin exploration and pathological examination, the report is as follows.
