目的:研究林下参挥发性的成分化学组成及含量。方法:采用乙醇回流提取林下参,将提取物进行硅胶柱色谱,得到挥发性成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,分析林下参挥发油的化学组成。结果:气相色谱共分离出40种成分,其质谱Xcalibur工作站检索与NIST标准质谱图库对照,鉴定了其中18种成分。结论:首次对林下参的挥发性成分进行了分析,含量较高的主要是酯类和烷烃。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical composition and content of volatile constituents in Grifola frondosa. Methods: The ginseng was extracted by refluxing with ethanol. The extract was subjected to silica gel column chromatography to get the volatile components. The chemical composition of the volatile oil was analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. Results: A total of 40 components were separated by gas chromatography, and their mass spectra were compared with NIST standard spectrum library by Xcalibur workstation and 18 components were identified. Conclusions: The volatile components of Grifola frondosa are analyzed for the first time. Estrogens and alkanes are the major components of Grifola frondosa.
