当今社会的新型企业在体制结构上发生了巨大变化,企业中存在各种各样的用工方式,人员非常复杂,思想状况千变万化,容易受到外界干扰,企业工会工作面临着许多新的困难和问题。各级工会组织在现代企业中如何服务职工,维护职工的切身利益,决定了其是否受到广大职工的欢迎,同时,市场经济也要求工会的组织体制和运行机制进一步创新,工会组织服务职工、维护职工权益的能力还有待进一步提高,工会工作开拓创新意识需要进一步增强。
The new-type enterprises in today’s society have undergone tremendous changes in the structure of the system. There are various ways of employing people in the enterprise.
