本文通过对河南省食用杏不同品种果实与果核纵、横、侧径的测量,果重、核重与仁重的称量,统计并分析了它们之间的相关性与显著程度。还对果实重量、可溶性固形物、果实品质、成熟期等果实经济性状与果核、核仁重量、核面颜色及光滑程度等杏核性状的相互关系进行了比较分析。结果表明:果实的纵横侧径与果核相应的三径之间呈极显著正相关;果重与核重之间呈显著正相关。
In this paper, we measure the vertical, horizontal and lateral diameters of fruit and fruit of different varieties of edible apricots in Henan Province, and weigh and weigh kernel weight and kernel weight, and analyze the correlation and significance between them. The correlations between economic traits such as fruit weight, soluble solids, fruit quality and maturity, and apricot kernels such as fruit kernel weight, kernel weight, nuclear color and smoothness were also analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the longitudinal and transverse diameters of fruit and the corresponding three diameters of fruit nucleus. There was a significant positive correlation between fruit weight and nuclear weight.
