目的:建立毛细管电泳法测定富马酸酮替芬糖浆剂中富马酸酮替芬的含量。方法:以50 mmol·L-1磷酸二氢钾缓冲液为运行缓冲液,运行电压为30 kV,检测波长为301 nm。结果:富马酸酮替芬(以酮替芬计)在16.08~80.40μg·mL-1浓度范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),回收率为100.1%(n=9)。结论:此方法可用于富马酸酮替芬糖浆剂的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a capillary electrophoresis method for the determination of ketotifen fumarate in ketotifen fumarate syrup. Methods: 50 mmol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer was used as running buffer. The operating voltage was 30 kV and the detection wavelength was 301 nm. Results: Ketotifen fumarate (ketotifen meter) had a good linearity (r = 0.9995) in the concentration range of 16.08-80.40μg · mL-1, the recovery was 100.1% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method can be used for the determination of ketotifen fumarate syrup.
