几年来的每天清晨,在坐车上班40分钟的路上,华为总裁任正非几乎都在学习英语。不仅是他,就连华为接送客人的司机,也在去年通过了公司英语口语的考试。语言只是一个细节,这些年来,当华为的海外销售每年以近100%的速度增长(2003年华为整体营业额为317亿元,其中海外营业额为10.5亿美金,占公司总营业额的27%),华为人正在更大的层面感受着冲击与挑战,他们不得不面对与中国本土截然不同的法律、商业习惯、市场规则和文化以及由之带来的冲突。
