任务驱动、竞赛式教学法,是以项目为载体,搭建起理论教学和竞赛教学的平台,在实际操作竞赛中完成项目并实现教学目标。强调学生的主体地位,倡导学生以兴趣学习的方式获取知识,以赛促学,有利于提高学生对知识的学习能力、应用能力和创新能力,从而提升学生就业的竞争力。以“能力为本位,竞赛为导向”是新的职业教育的新动向。我们职业教育家早就强调手脑并用,做学合一,理论与实践并行,知识与技能并重。实施任务驱动、竞赛式教学的目的在于促进学生职业能力的发展,核心在于把行动过程与学习过程相统一,开展任务驱动、竞赛式教学的过程是体验真实、提升能力、运用知识的过程,通过竞赛与理论之间进行沟通,从而使学习成为学生主动认知的过程。
