武钢薄板坯连铸连轧厂150 t转炉采用自动炼钢技术,为提高其自动化控制水平,控制系统采用三级网络结构,L1系统采用西门子S7-416系列PLC,工作站采用西门子组态软件WINCC6.2;L2为炼钢控制模型,通过对炼钢基础自动化工艺数据的分析和计算,发送自动炼钢的各项指令。应用结果表明,系统运行稳定可靠,能较好地满足自动炼钢工艺的自动化控制要求。
In order to improve its level of automation and control, the 150 t converter of WISCO thin slab continuous casting and rolling mill adopts the automatic steel-making technology. The control system adopts three-level network structure. The L1 system adopts Siemens S7-416 series PLC and the workstation adopts Siemens configuration software WINCC6. 2; L2 is a steelmaking control model that sends instructions for automatic steel-making through the analysis and calculation of the basic automation process data for steel-making. The application results show that the system is stable and reliable, and can meet the automatic control requirements of automatic steelmaking process.
