目的:检测P21WAF1和CDK1在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达,探讨卵巢上皮性癌的发生发展与细胞周期调节异常的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测20例正常卵巢组织、20例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织、76例卵巢上皮性癌组织中P21WAF1、CDK1蛋白的表达。结果:P21WAF1、CDK1蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌中的阳性表达率分别为36.8%和92.1%,与正常卵巢组织和卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。癌组织中P21WAF1蛋白的表达与FIGO分期有关(P<0.05),P21WAF1蛋白与CDK1蛋白表达成负相关(r=-0.282,P<0.05)。结论:P21WAF1和CDK1在卵巢上皮性癌的发生发展中具有重要作用。P21WAF1蛋白可作为评价卵巢上皮性癌预后的指标。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of P21WAF1 and CDK1 in epithelial ovarian cancer, and to explore the relationship between the occurrence and development of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and abnormal cell cycle. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of P21WAF1 and CDK1 in 20 cases of normal ovarian tissue, 20 cases of ovarian benign epithelial tumor and 76 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Results: The positive rates of P21WAF1 and CDK1 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer were 36.8% and 92.1% respectively, which were significantly different from those in normal ovarian tissue and benign epithelial ovarian tumor (P <0.05). The expression of P21WAF1 protein in cancer tissues was correlated with FIGO staging (P <0.05), while P21WAF1 protein was negatively correlated with CDK1 protein expression (r = -0.282, P <0.05). Conclusion: P21WAF1 and CDK1 play an important role in the development of ovarian epithelial carcinoma. P21WAF1 protein can be used as an index to evaluate the prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
