Overall, the factors that affect employee satisfaction can be divided into two types of macro-environment and micro-environment. The macroscopic environment embodies the overall attribute of the library industry. Therefore, this survey does not involve the rigid overall attributes. Starting from the individual attributes, through the analysis of survey and statistical data, it is suggested that the library can take appropriate measures internally
